Meet the Founder: Gemma Legg & the Leggacy-inc Story
Gemma is a global sales and marketing leader with over 22 years’ experience across radio, print, digital, and live events. She spent more than 11 years at Google, where she designed and delivered high-impact global programmes and events for CEOs and senior leaders—operating at the intersection of strategy, culture, and performance.
In 2024, Gemma was diagnosed with multiple invisible disabilities, including autism, bipolar disorder, perimenopause, severe scoliosis, and fibromyalgia. This pivotal moment led her to step away from corporate life and build a business that bridges lived experience with commercial rigour.
leggacy-consult was created to help organisations address one of the most overlooked—and costly—gaps in modern workplaces: invisible disability inclusion.
Today, Gemma works as a corporate speaker and consultant specialising in DEI and Learning & Development. She partners with organisations to build psychologically safe cultures where people with invisible disabilities can perform at their best.
As well as sharing her own personal journey Gemma’s programmes cover:
Gemma is available for keynote speaking, leadership sessions, manager training, and strategic consultancy. She also delivers high-impact workplace masterclasses designed to drive real behaviour change—not just conversation.
Get in touch to build a workplace where people thrive, performance improves, and inclusion works in practice—not just on paper.

Our Principles
Sustainable
We prefer partners who reduce impact without reducing quality. That means lower‑emission travel options, efficient routing, responsible animal welfare standards, and circular choices where possible, such as rentals and resale.
We avoid greenwashing by asking for evidence of practices, and we keep improving by measuring what we can and making better choices each time.
Ethical
We choose suppliers who treat people fairly and pay properly. Our recommendations are based on merit, not hidden incentives. If commission applies, we tell you.
We follow a clear code of conduct covering safeguarding, anti‑bribery and data protection, and we continually review suppliers for reliability and standards.
Inclusive
Great service should welcome everyone.
We proactively ask about access needs, dietary preferences, sensory considerations, family requirements and cultural context, then tailor venues, itineraries and partners accordingly.
Our network includes LGBTQ+ friendly providers and spaces that prioritise dignity, comfort and safety for all.
Personal
Nothing we do is copy‑paste.
We build a living profile of your tastes, communication style and non‑negotiables, then curate options that feel right for you.
You get a dedicated point of contact who remembers the details and anticipates what is next, so your experience feels effortless and unmistakably yours.
